Description
We are looking for talent for an Oral Care Product Photo and Videoshoot.
Shoot: October 16th (8 hrs max)
Location: Paris
(All Applicants must only be based in UK and France)
(Note: Train transportation and hotel is provided by the client
USAGE AND FEES:
Photo (1 KV) and Video for Spain and Hong Kong.
€1500 / day
Usage rights: 1 year, all digital (no TV), E-commerce, Shopper
€1800 — Spain & Hong Kong
Option: 1 year China — €3,500
NOTE: Usage fee will only apply if the artist is recognizably featured in the final edit.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
-it is essential that the models agree to brand retaining the information related to their teeth/gum test.
-Models have not done any competitive work, in the last three (3) years, on TV, Print or any mass media , in countries above for any products in the following category : oral care products.
-Models must agree to have my hair altered slightly, if necessary, for the shoot (cut ends or trim hair slightly).
-Models have not had their teeth whitened either professionally or using at home whitening products, in the past 3 months and they do not have veneers or dentures.
- Artificial intelligence may be used to adapt lip movements for translation into another language, or to adjust the expression of the smile or eyes. Models must agreed on it.
Usage of Gen AI tools
The Talent hereby consents to the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence technology (GAI) by Agency, Client, and any third party/ies acting on their behalf, for the purpose of altering, modifying, editing, adapting, enhancing and/or supplementing the Talent's Persona (as defined below), in whole or in part, in the Campaign Materials (including, by way of example, to create more localized versions of the Talent's Persona and to dub/voice the Commercial Work in one or more different languages, etc.), provided such use of GAI does not result in the Talent's Persona becoming training data for any Artificial Intelligence or machine learning technologies in a manner that enables it to be used to create content other than content related to the Commercial Work. No additional compensation will be due to Talent for uses of GAI as authorized above, except as may otherwise be due and payable to Talent for usage rights consistent with the terms of the Agreement.
"Persona" means the Talent's distinctive image, visual appearance, voice, and overall performance identity as used, presented, or portrayed within the Commercial Work.
