Day fees inclusive of statutory holiday pay. *Based on standard 10 hour shoot days, including breaks. Overtime at 1/5 BSF up to midnight, 1/3 BSF thereafter. 50% premium on BSF for Sundays/Bank Holiday/Night Shoot.
Term, Usage & Media: Organic and Paid use across digital, social and CTV in UK, North America (USA, Canada & Mexico) Brazil, Germany, France, Australia & New Zealand, covering a six (6) month usage period, commencing from the date of first publication/use.
Cinema and DOOH/OOH included.
Linear TVC and broadcast NOT included.
Organic use of the Video for promotion purposes by Microsoft Owned and Operated channels, XBOX Owned and Operated channels, Fable Owned and Operated channels and Playground Games owned and operated channels and Boo integrated channels.
Organic use of behind-the-scenes/other footage taken during filming on Microsoft Owned and Operated channels, XBOX Owned and Operated channels, Fable Owned and Operated channels and Playground Games owned and operated channels and Boo integrated channels.
Active usage shall be for the Active Usage Period, with perpetual rights granted in relation to archive material with no paid media behind it, which is published on any channel during the Active Usage Period.
