Description
We are seeking Emirati national talent who can sail for a Dubai real estate shoot in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Travel Schedule:
Fly to Palma: 4th October
Fitting Date: 5th October
Shoot Date: 6th October
Fly back to UAE: 7th October
Shoot Location:
Palma de Mallorca, Spain
Notes / Restrictions:
* Must hold a valid UAE passport and be able to travel internationally.
* Must be able to sail.
Usage Terms:
* 1 year from the date of first use.
* After expiry, no new usage/activity is permitted.
* Existing historic posts may remain online and will not be deleted.
Corporate Use: Worldwide and in perpetuity, covering:
* PR, editorial, broadcast, online media and events
* Internal communications, office displays, education and training
* Asset management systems
* Agency/creative partners’ websites, showreels, industry awards and case studies
Campaign Usage: Worldwide, from confirmation until the end of the Usage Term, covering:
* All online media, including third-party websites, social media and paid online advertising
* Client/partner organic use on their own websites, social channels and eCRM
* Print media, including OOH/DOOH and print collateral
Category Exclusivity:
* During the Usage Term, the Artist will not provide services or allow the use of their image/likeness for the promotion of another real estate developer or real estate marketing within the Territory.
AI Usage:
Generative AI may be used to create campaign locations, backgrounds and settings.
* The Artist’s physical appearance will not be altered using AI.
* The Artist’s biometric/image data and shoot footage will not be uploaded to or used in any open-source AI training system.
* AI assets will be stored securely on private, access-controlled servers.
* Shoot footage and AI outputs will be used only for this specific Campaign and for no other purpose.
Fees:
* Usage Fee: AED 10,000
* Travel Day Rate: AED 500
* BSF/Day Rate: AED 1,000 / up to 12 hours
* Fitting: AED 100 / up to 2 hours; AED 400 if over 2 hours
* Rehearsal / Rest Days: AED 500
* Overtime: AED 150 per hour
Payment Terms:
Payment will be made 60 days after the shoot.
